Analysis of study methods for safe implementating underground works in "Krivbaszalizrudkom"

Abstract
Purpose. To analyze and develop methods of preventing industrial injuries and innovative means of training miners in safe working methods in the conditions of «Kryvbaszalizrudkom». Research methods. The article uses general scientific research methods. The research was based on a systematic approach. The cause-and-effect relationship between industrial injuries and the training of personnel in safe work methods was analyzed. It was established that such violations are partly related to low knowledge and insufficient effectiveness of training methods for the safe mining operations, which do not fully take into account the impact of violations of safety rules on the dynamics of injury risks, and the imperfection of the means used in operational control of labor activities miners at all stages of the production process. Scientific novelty. Based on the analysis of industrial injuries depending on the work experience at «Kryvbaszalizrudkom», a period was determined during which it is expedient to train miners in sustainable labor skills. Practical significance. In order to acquire stable work performance skills, a method of personnel training is proposed using the technique of visualizing the kinematics of miners' movements when performing the given work and comparing the obtained results with the «reference» model. The most important professional activity from the point of view of biomechanics were determined for the profession of a pathfinder like cleaning a hole (groove) for the installation of a frame mounting post. Results. An injury analysis was conducted at «Krivbaszalizrudkom». It was established that industrial injuries regardless of prevention measures are present, are in an unsatisfactory state and require additional measures to prevent them. The training systems for labor protection of workers in underground works were analyzed. It is shown that at the moment the training system is informational in nature and does not contain elements of practicing the skills of performing specific technological operations. At the same time, the existing programs allow only to increase the educational level of the personnel and are not intended for use in practicing the practical skills of safe work techniques. It is proposed to use the technique of visualizing the kinematics of movements to teach and control the necessary skills for the safe performance of basic work
